17時にチェックインした時には、他で食べれるお店があと30分で閉まるという時に、ホテルで出しているお弁当に救われました。お醤油が足りなかったのでお願いをしましたが、とても感じの良い対応でした。ありがとうございました。お陰様でより美味しくいただけました。ベッドサイドには、今どき珍しい目覚ましタイマーがついたものがありましたが、前の宿泊客がセットしたものが残っていて、6時ごろかなりの音量で鳴り、びっくりして飛び起きました。どこを押したら止まるのかがわかりませんでしたが、しばらくして自然に止まりました。宿泊客同士、気をつけたいところかもしれませんね。

當天下午check in 後，詢問有關接駁車的安排，在網上了解到酒店提供接送服務時間為下午六時前，因此亦有向職員覆實時間，當天他們有答覆說可以彈性安排，故此我地預晚上七點到車站接送我們，職員有明確表示答應，但最終失約。另外，膳食費用偏高，低CP值。最後，我們退房時間遲了一小時，然後被收延誤費用，我們有付款，但此體驗十分差，在此之前幾間的住宿，有少許延誤亦沒有額外收費。房間地毯有明顯污垢。

遅い時間ということもあるが、大浴場が広く露天風呂とサウナもあり、ゆったりできた。朝食は和食で品数が多く、一人分をコンロで温めるおみそ汁は珍しい。味も良し。朝食時はおばちゃんスタッフ達がテキパキしていて、好印象だった。リゾート地であり車がないと行きづらいが、車で送迎してくれるので、電車利用者でも心配無し。スタッフの対応も丁寧で、なかなか良いホテルだった。
