"Staff was nice and helpful. Property was a mess. First room I was given had 2 people on either side standing outside smoking so the room smelled like an ashtray. Phone in room also didn't work so I had to walk back to office to request a shower curtain. Nice lady showed up with one in 10 minutes and put it up. Bath towels were the dirtiest I...

"The place was clean enough, lobby was nice, staff was ok. Room was clean but here’s the issues. Toilet paper roll holder was completely broke off, shower water goes out until the floor . Frig froze everything where a drink even exploded and no way to make it not so cold. Pillows are old and terrible. Can hear everything from the others rooms, TV’s , footsteps above. Also a weird vibrating coming through the floor, maybe the ac from another room? The a/c’s are old school. My room was over the...

"Okay so they have a new manager and we have it a go. This is the company that used to take people room deposits so I was clear to document everything this time with pictures. I’m pleased to say this time the manager approved our deposit back. The old manager was scamming people taking deposits and refusing to give receipts but they seem to have gotten it together."
