"Checkin was fine and then it went downhill. The internet didn't work, the shower didn't work, the ice machine didn't work, the refrigerator leaked water on the floor, the TV and related remote didn't work, the free breakfast was less than minimal (the orange juice was rancid). No matter what we wanted to do, it was broken or messed up. We stayed here because of the great reviews. I have no idea what others are thinking but I would not stay here again."

"I ended up paying 70$ more than I had expected to pay and I’m not sure why. Also the shower wouldn’t drain because of a clog. The breakfast was amazing!! The room was very clean except for the clogged drain. The WiFi was misspelled which made me nervous to use it."

"Would not stay here again. I called the hotel multiple times before booking to confirm how a 3:00 AM arrival would be handled and was told it would count as a single-night stay. After arriving, I was given different information and told I would need to pay additional charges to remain through the expected checkout date. The most concerning issue occurred when hotel staff entered my room unexpectedly while I was inside. This was a major privacy concern and significantly impacted my stay. I...

"Staff were really nice.. The breakfast options were good. Free parking. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Room was not cleaned during 4 day stay. But we just bagged the garbage and disposed of it."

"The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, and lots of lights. Staff Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast has a variety of options, served on real dishes. Only downside was waffle batter dispenser wasn’t working so an employee used her fingers ( not wearing gloves) to unplug it. I no longer wanted a waffle."

"There was mold along the caulk in the shower. There were no trash bags in any of the bins when we checked in nor when room service came to tidy up the room while we were gone. The room was so humid that the floors were sticky, including the carpet, and the beds felt wet upon getting in them. The indoor pool had leaves all in the bottom of it, and it was not very “heated”.
