"Un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Prestige ! J’ai passé un très agréable séjour à l’Hôtel Prestige et je suis pleinement satisfait de mon expérience. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai apprécié l’accueil chaleureux, la disponibilité du personnel et le professionnalisme de toute l’équipe. Le personnel est attentif aux besoins des clients et fait de son mieux pour rendre le séjour confortable et agréable. La propreté de l’établissement et le confort des chambres sont également des points très appréciables. On ressent une véritable attention portée aux détails, ainsi qu’une volonté de maintenir un environnement agréable et accueillant. Le service est bien organisé et l’équipe reste à l’écoute afin de répondre aux demandes des clients avec sérieux et gentillesse. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’hospitalité, l’ambiance agréable et la qualité du service tout au long du séjour. Ce sont ces petites attentions et ce sens de l’accueil qui font la différence et donnent envie de revenir. L’établissement offre un cadre idéal pour profiter d’un séjour reposant dans de bonnes conditions. "Nice food daily changed. Many swimming pools. Amazing staff. Just a little quieter off peak. Booked a room with private pool - but turned out it was a sharing pool and NOT a pool. It was shallow 30cm. So that’s wrongly advertised and beware. When checking out the reception staff accused us of stealing towel cards which was ridiculous and that ruined our experience right at the end. Apart from that it was a great trip"
