"The hotel itself was nice overall, and the staff were friendly, professional, and spoke multiple languages, which was very helpful. However, for a 5-star airport hotel, there were several disappointing aspects that felt hard to overlook. The restaurant was decent, but extremely overpriced. The only available room with two beds was incredibly small, and despite the photos suggesting there was a patio or balcony area, it was actually just large windows that did not open at all. "Room was basic but very clean and modern, including the bathroom. Very close to Gent Dampoort train station so good transport links. A little far from city centre - about a 30 min walk."

"Modern hotel, licht, schoon, goed bed. Goed ontbijt, veel te kiezen. Gemakkelijk parkeren onder het hotel (€15 per nacht). Op loopafstand van het centrum. Kamer en badkamer waren wel erg klein, maar alles was spik en span. Koffie en thee kan je onbeperkt halen, in de eetzaal."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The underground parking was easily accessed & check-in efficient & friendly (English speaking). The room was compact but comfortable with a good sized, comfy bed. I didn't hear any noise from other guests and the room temperature was easily controlled. Good TV as well. Didn't try the pizza advertised but will be returning shortly & will do then."

"The staff was arrogant and unhelpful. They refused to explain where the parking entrance was located and gave me an attitude. It's poorly lit and badly indicated"

"Goede centrale locatie, mooi interieur, bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Alles is in de buurt. Wellness is ook fijn. Aangeboden appels werden ook zeer gewaardeerd."

"Great location. Cafes & restaurants are a few minutes walk. If you are there on a Wednesday there is a market within walking distance. Staff are very helpful & responsive. I would certainly choose to stay here again."

"De kamer was zeer mooi , het ontbijt was goed en bijzonder om in zo mooie omgebouwde kerk te slapen. De brouwerij De Anker en de Grote Markt moet je zeker gezien hebben."
