"Right across the street from Wrigley this place is the place to stay if watching cubs game and visiting Wrigley. Gallagher way. Brand new. Fabulous staff that accommodated my early arrival bag storage & changing in rest room pre game. Only issue is parking. Not clear signage but it’s off Clark street look for big on building. Once you leave u pre pay but pull all the way up to exit doors or they won’t open spent 15 minutes figuring out how to trigger the exit Fabulous pregame or other...

"clean hotel friendly staff. Contenential breakfast was gross; powered eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal, muffins. Very few options. Paid $300 per night; I have paid 175 per night at other locations and had ALOT better food. My bed squeaked and rattled with little to no movement. I asked them to fix it and they didn't do it. I was there for 3 nights after I asked them. Otherwise it was fine. The roof of the hotel was a seating area where you can look out over the town."

"Pros of staying at this hotel: -staff was very friendly and helpful. -offsite parking was reasonably priced and close. -elevator was working. -close to Lincoln Park and Wrigley Fields. -room was bigger than most city hotel rooms. Cons of staying at this hotel: -dated property -musty smelling -rooms were dimly lit -room did not feel that clean because of the age of the carpet, tile in the bathroom, and furniture. I would not stay here again because the cons outweighed the pros for me."

"Tv only had cable. No Netflix. Lids for coffee cups in room would be helpful. If I use the paper cup, I’m probably taking it somewhere. Room temp control was not user friendly and it was super warm even set at 69."

"This was my second stay at the Sono. I love everything about it. It is a great location with restaurants within walking distance. Free to park close to hotel. Comfortable beds. Very clean!! Management is both helpful and friendly! Breakfast had healthy options. I plan to stay again next time I’m in town."

"My family and I came to Chicago to lay my mother in law to rest. Ben was really helpful in every way you could think of. There was enough rooms and space to accommodate us. I cooked a full course meal that turned out really great! lol The tenants were so nice and fun! They made our stay even better because we really needed those laughs! "I love this hotel. I was immediately upgraded to a Lakeview room and they recognized me as a return guest. The rooms are large and well thought out and as a tall person everything is tall. The tv, armoire w beverage center and large soaking tub. The bed is like sleeping on air and the temperature is perfect there are only a few rooms on each floor so it is quiet and no wait for elevator"
