"Ground staff are amazing ! They are ready to help and available 24/7 . Reception is ok . Nothing exceptional. Housekeeping could be better . Dog hair was all over the floor when we checked in and had to request . I think they are understaffed . We really liked the lady who helped mop the room after we reported the issue . She was amazing once the duty was assigned to her
