"Walking in the hotel you're struck by the highly perfumed cleaning materials being used. The halls have one strong smell and the rooms have an equally strong cleaning material smell which clashes with the hall. The hotel allows dogs which is fine but one near our room howled, apparently left alone. Finally our room was under rooms being occupied by a family who experienced a fire in their home. While we felt bad for them the kids were honestly bouncing a basket ball in the room. Not a pleasant stay."

"This is our 2nd stay here, location and proximity to cruise ports is essential for our stay. I would highly recommend this property, Reba who is the attendant at breakfast is awesome and goes above and beyond to make sure your breakfast and stay is a positive experience."

"Pictures of the room obviously are from when this motel was new! Much more run down and in one week stay no room cleaning or new towels supplied!"

"I have never had issues with any hotel stays but this one needs better management. Hotel needs to do better with cleaning the rooms. Looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in days or longer. Room had a weird smell and it was a non-smoking room. When I was going to plug in my charger there was some kind of metal sticking out of the plug so we didn’t even charge our phones due to not wanting to damage them. "

"This place is old and my room was dirty Had to wash my feet after walking in the floor. And it has a musky smell. Very dissatisfied "

"Hotel needs updating. Elevator did not work, dark and dingy. The parking was fine. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room had no toilet paper holder, it was just sitting on counter. I stepped on a roach going to bathroom in middle of the night. A couple fought all night long. Screaming and keeping us up. I do not recommend this hotel."
