"Rooms are only serviced every other day but you pay full price although I was refunded by the manager it took several calls to even address the issue I was told, bluntly, the policy is on your key card. It’s actually on the jacket which I’m sure is rarely read!! Service must be requested. My suggestion, a simple statement upon check in by the front desk while reviewing you stay would eliminate any potential problems. BE PROACTIVE NOT REACTIVE"
