"This is my favorite hotel in Branson. I've been here twice with my family for my kids' dance competitions. Both were at The Mansion, which is next door and an easy walk from the hotel. They have the friendliest staff on the planet and a great breakfast buffet — AND a dessert bar that opens at 8:30 p.m. each night, including cobblers and ice cream. The hotel itself is a bit older but maintained pretty well overall. My specific room seemed to have an issue with dampness. The A/C cooled the room...

"This hotel would be 5 stars if they put some more time into cleaning it. Our sheets had stains and hairs on them. The flooring looked nasty and had Not been vacuumed. The carpet and towles also had stains. I felt dirty the whole time. We ended up buying some sheets from Walmart. But I will say the plus of staying there is having steamy joes! Best breakfast and coffee in town!"

Ice machine worked great; plenty of hot water at decent pressure in shower. We checked in around 9:30 at night; there was no staff present but they sent a message through expedia about the lock code to our room. So not my first hotel stay by a long shot i took the front vent cover off and the filter was plugged solid whit dirt. Removed filter and ac worked alot better.
