"A very spacious room and relaxation area. Pleasantly surprised after reading last reviews. Staff excellent and very helpful especially when we had an issue with toilet system. A huge shout out to Ya Ya, fabulous customer service and when above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. Room service excellent. Happy Hour fruit/ice cream nice touch. Pool looked great, but weather not good enough to use. Good choice at breakfast. Small gym but sufficient for light work out. Overall really happy...

"Absolutely loved my stay here for my final 3 days in Phuket. I wanted somewhere i could go out and explore, sit by the beach, enjoy great food, beach clubs...and to then come back and relax in my room. This has it all. It was important to come back and be able to relax away from the noise. This was it. With it came a pool and a gym (although the gym is basic). The room is a home away from home. "We were happy with our stay. Our room was gorgeous and a nice size. The view from our patio/balcony oversaw Patong beach and the city. AC, TV, Wi-Fi all worked well. Staff were very nice. They kindly held our baggage after checkout for 6hrs before departing to airport without charge, thank you so much! The only cons are it’s a little pricy and located on a mountain/hill. There is a small convenience store nearby that you can access. It’s easier to walk 10mins downhill to the beach, restaurants...

"The room was clean and the staff were always very courteous and knowledgeable. The laundry service was good to have and the gym and the pool were beautiful. The Viva restaurant, however is way overpriced for an average quality food. The ribeye steak was as tough as they come and over cooked. The coffee which cost about $5 was about 2 ounces. But there are other places to enjoy good food very cheap, so the Viva was a one timer. "
