"The staff was incredibly accommodating. I ran into an issue that led me to this property. The room was cozy and the staff always checked in with me to see if I needed anything. There was always fresh coffee and hot water for tea. I know some have complained about the change in breakfast since Covid, but the options were just fine. It was also nice to know I could’ve had my suits dry cleaned easily. I would definitely stay again on my next Sunnyvale trip. "

"We recently stayed 4 nights at Hotel Zico. The hotel was adequate for our needs. I have never stayed at a hotel where housekeeping only happens every three days, I found that curious and disappointing. I normally leave a tip for the housekeepers based on the number of nights I stay but they only visited our room once. I’m fine reusing my towels etc but a tidy up of the room and bed making would have improved the stay. Location is great but be warned if you are a light sleeper, it’s right next to the freeway. Breakfast was good"

"After touring and exploring, we arrived to finally get some rest in the room I had reserved and paid for. It was late for sure, and we were refused our room. The hotel had cancelled the booking as a no-show. The clerk scoffed at us for arriving so late, and offered a room…if I would buy another night. "

"Plenty of parking. All staff was kind and welcoming. Common areas and room was clean. Pool and outdoor area well kept. My only complaint is that my room was on the side with the hotel name so the spot lights shown through my window. The window only has shutters so the light shown through the cracks. Windows need blackout curtains."

"Overall excellent but if you are staying for longer than a few days the breakfast is monotonous. Especially the hot items. Also it would be nice to know when the noise from landscaping happens to avoid pool time then."
