"Just there for one night . Thought the property was a bit overpriced for what you got."

"I normally do not leave bad reviews, but this place was honestly unacceptable. As soon as we arrived, we got a bad feeling. The outside property looked completely trashed with garbage everywhere and broken appliances left around. We tried to ignore it and hoped the cabin itself would be better, but it was just as bad inside. The cabin looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. The bedding had mysterious stains on it, the floors were filthy and looked like they had never...

"Just did an overnight stay because we went to a concert at Mountain Winery. Would have gladly stayed longer if we could to enjoy the patio and buzz around town. Hotel was clean, conveniently located and peaceful with beautiful decor. Will definitely stay again when coming back for another concert."

"We did not have a very good stay. Upon arrival we were told that the water was going to be turned off the following day from 11:30am-3pm during which time we could not use the sink, shower or toilet. Needless to say this was quite inconvenient. Additionally, housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 3:30pm. We told the front desk about it and they said they would have it taken care of right away, so we made sure to leave our room for the next hour. Upon our return, it had still not been cleaned....

"The property advertises that it includes breakfast. This is an expensive hotel, not an Econolodge type hotel. When you arrive at the very beautiful breakfast room, only the bread, cereal, coffee, and juice is included. They charge you for the hot food. And the cereal is served in the single serving box. It feels like a bait and switch. They get all the hotel guests to come for breakfast and after sitting at the table and reading the menu you find out it isn’t really included as advertised."

"The room was exceptionally clean and the furnishings very comfortable. I especially appreciated the wraparound blackout curtain because I need it really dark to be able to sleep well. Breakfast was basic, but adequate (muffins, toast, cereal, coffee, juice). I would definitely stay here again, especially for the price and convenient location."

"The building looked old from outside, but it seems like rooms were renovated. It was much better than I expected, clean, well maintained, the breakfast was good. Parking was included and the parking space was pretty big too."

"Dinah's is a conveniently located property, with ample onsite parking. I stayed in one of their suites and it was very pleasantly decratated in a southwest flair and the kokopelli scupltures relly pulled the southwestern theme together. I'll definitely be staying at Dinah's for future visits to Palo Alto."

"I don’t usually write bad reviews or reviews in general. The weird looks I received from the staff when I arrived weren’t an issue at all. However, I’d recommend you not book here if that bothers you. Even so, the bed was quite comfortable and clean. Keep in mind parking is $15 every night and breakfast is $18.90 per person. Other than that, everything was well until I saw a cockroach fall from the bathroom sink the morning of my check out. Who knows what else was going on in there that I wasn’t...
