"Thing i have to say is. Pool says 8am-10pm First night. They told us pool was closed at 8pm when sign says 10pm and it was 745pm Next mornings 930am said pool closed she is the only one there and have to wait for someone else comes in. When talk to another staff. They didnt know what to do. They said we could have a late checkout at 1pm. Told us all set. We were locked out of room at 1130am. Person never put in computer."

"I stayed in the suite which was away from the street and one could get the breakfast and bring back to the room and sit out side looking at trees and plants. Good place to write a song."

"The property advertises that it includes breakfast. This is an expensive hotel, not an Econolodge type hotel. When you arrive at the very beautiful breakfast room, only the bread, cereal, coffee, and juice is included. They charge you for the hot food. And the cereal is served in the single serving box. It feels like a bait and switch. They get all the hotel guests to come for breakfast and after sitting at the table and reading the menu you find out it isn’t really included as advertised."

"A great place to stay in the Santa Cruz mountains. A little tricky to find and get to with winding mountain roads and no signs but that is part of getting away from everything and hanging with the chicks and ducks and geese all a-clucking. Fully stocked bar and kitchen made it so easy to just have fun. The dozens of huge koi fish will practically climb out of the pond when you start feeding them, and the chickens seemed to like Fritos. Watching the sun setting beyond the trees and hills while...

"Really nice venue with great spaces in a compact parcel. For some reason I had toilet paper in the toilet before I could even use it -- a little distressed by this oversight but I am choosing to see it as that given the holiday period I stayed and not a systemic issue. From what I could see, everything else seemed hygienic enough."

"I wanted to stay at this hotel for a while and I did. Don't ask questions, just go there and love it. Staff went beyond the beyond, the front desk guy, John was sooo nice, helped without a question or request, open the door , I stay in a ton of hotels and these people, AWESOME. "This was really the nicest room I have stayed in as far as everything you could ever want was supplied! Reclining chair, huge TV, heated floor in the bathroom, microwave and fridge… beautiful breakfast included…. Even a yoga mat. They thought of everything!"
