In my room only sheer curtains were covering the windows, I was on ground floor, had to ask clerk to cover the windows. He did, got black out curtains, however he hung them by standing on the chair with his street shoes on. Room was clean, however halls seemed like carpets needed a good clean"

"The sheets were clean, but don’t take for your shoes. The room was damp and smelled stale. The heating unit had a broken fuse when we turned it on. As much as I like a good value, next time I’ll spend more. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was very nice and a perfect way to start the day. I also really appreciated the parking—it was convenient and made everything easier. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"I have reported and they got back to me, but the Queen room we booked had a smaller bed, the bathroom door was so squeaky (at night woke partner), AC no heat only blew cold air, and TV such poor screen quality. Anyways, not a huge huge deal, but we'll be looking for a different regular hotel."

"Generally, everything was fantastic. However, we stayed there for three days two times in the last two weeks. And we had stayed at Cottage 5. There were some issues with the plumbing in the washroom. I was told the issues would be addressed when we had left the first time. However, they were not addressed. In fact, I found the host quite rude. She had told me that the last people who just left never had an issue. So I took a video and brought it back to the host. To prove my point that there is an issue. And I mentioned that if any damages had occurred while I’m staying there, it would not be my fault. I found the experience insulting. I don’t think I will go back because of that experience. There’s definitely issues with the maintenance on the cottages. In fact quite rundown. I think the host should have better people skills."
