"This is a must stay if you’re going to Venice and seeking a luxury hotel. The rooms are beautiful, as well as the hotel overall. There is a courtyard that felt so indulgent after a day of exploring. The location allowed us to pop in and out and explore at our own pace. While all of that was excellent, the main reason you should stay here is because of the service. "We had a suite. It was room 403. While it was spacious, it could have been better lit. I found it difficult to see clearly in some areas of the suite. There were portions of hard wood along with carpeted areas, however the carpeted areas could have been cleaner. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind. Overall a very good experience."

Having four kids wait in the rain after a long travel night and the staff not arrive on time for 10am was tough. We just wanted to drop our bags but had to wait outside for some to show up to do so. Same problem with check out day - you lose you ability to access the building so although you can leave your bags, you are locked out of the...

"Hotel was great. I think though that I might have been shilled by the VERY early morning night manager. I told him that I had used several mini bar items and he advised that he couldn't take the charge on a CC but would have to pay cash. It was only about $35 USD but then I saw a $35 charge on my CC in addition to my room charges ($3000). I'd stay there again in a heart beat but I would NOT trust a night manager again..."

"As someone new to non-hotel living, this place is definitely better than your traditional hotel. More room, with kitchen and very comfy. The place is kept up nicely. I felt it was CLEAN. The front desk is there limited hours, and sometimes can't be found during those hours. But they are helpful in a new city for us.
