"We arrived after 10pm on a Saturday night. The entire hallway smelled of weed and cigarettes. It was stuffy and stinky. After 7hrs of driving we were too tired to go anywhere else. We were checked in quickly and went to our room. Opened the door to a well used, dirty room. Went back downstairs and was given another room. The hallways smelled of drugs and was extremely hot. Our room according to the wall AC was 80*. The hallway was hotter. It took about 2hrs to cool down. We did open the window...

"This little gem has become my home away from home in Oakland. It has everything you could want in a city that already has everything—great food, cool bars, amazing music, plenty to do, etc. It's all brand new in a renovated space. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bathrooms are sparkling, and the service is impeccable. There's a rooftop courtyard, a game room, and good eats and drinks right next door. It's more comfortable than anywhere else in the Bay Area, and just as accessible. Well...

I think it'd be an issue for both your (Expedia) advertisement and the ESA's. The advertisement specifically says the breakfast a "continental breakfast. However, in fact, it's NOT. What the ESA in San Ramon provides in the morning hours is NOT what the typical "continental breakfast" supposed to be. But no...

"The pool and spa was closed, the road noise is terrible on one side of the building, highly recommend not staying across from ice machine, in room ac units are loud and cycle on off all night. "

"The only problem with this location is that it is very noisy being so close to the freeway. I go there because it is pet friendly but the noise scares my dog. Otherwise a good place."
