"I Liked: The proximity to the beach not just near Kalaloch Lodge but also the Ruby Beach which is a short drive north. I Did Not Like: - Dirty and Stinky! Very unpleasant, musty, dog smell (most possibly big dogs). It is the first we caught as we opened the door. Felt like the smell even attached to clothes. I get that the place welcomes pets. But management should have a way for housekeeping to do their job well to clean and refresh a room specially if guests specify we are checking in without...

"I arrived late so my cottage assignment, map to it, and key we’re waiting for me. The owners really want your stay to be memorable! The parking was a bit tricky for my Harley. The room was way more than I expected, with big city amenities. This was one of my all time best stays! You really wanted to hang out on the deck and just unwind. This is a “must stay” location!"

"we liked the location as it had easy access to the river. The place was quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking was easy and nice. We didn't interact with the staff much, but those that we did interact with were pleasant. Our only criticism was as regards the kitchen. The electric stove top had only one working burner. The refrigerator was not set properly and thus many of our food items froze. But, when set properly it worked fine. So check refrigerator settings when putting ones...
