"This is a newly built property with modern loft style rooms. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant on ground level has a nice breakfast included that is made to order and the evening has a great menu. The building is divided between mixed residence and hotel with the pool in the second building (we didn't use). There is also a secure parking garage that is free of charge. "Air conditioner has good working.
People are nice and good response for us.
Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor.
I doesn't matter for it.

"The breakfast was delicious every morning something different and exciting so so delicious. The staff was so accommodating. The rooms are so clean. The staff was always there to accommodate you with everything you needed. The washers and dryers in your room was the topping on the cake you didn't have to take dirty clothes home with you. Just wash and pack your clean clothes. I just love it there and will tell other people about my experience there I loved it thank you."

"Very convenient location with many dining options just a short stroll away. Friendly reception and our bags were taken up to the room, as somebody had mentioned in a previous review, there are no elevators. Room was furnished nicely and there was a rooftop terrace area outside which was very nice. The room did not feel clean. I had spilled something on the floor and when I wiped it up, the cloth was literally black. The wood floors were very sticky and the grout in the bathroom was filthy. ...
