"Pros: The staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. The room was tiny, but very clean. The location was also excellent - just a 5 minute walk to Paddington Station. The cons: extra charge for early or late check in/out, or to use air-conditioning. Also, the tap water in the bathroom was labeled as not for drinking so you needed to go up to the lobby to fill the water kettle or have water to brush teeth."
