"The only reason this Hotel is still in the business is because of the staff. Danny, one of the front managers definitely makes up for a lot of the shortcomings from the Hotel. Kudos to Danny. Shoomi, the bell desk gentlemen is also very helpful. "

"Friendly staff and clean room but not the best part of town. Also, hotel description implied hotel provided parking but that was not the case as I had to park on the street. Also the elevator broke so I had to carry my luggage down three flights of stairs."

"Close to D & N train which makes commute to Manhattan very convenient. Walking distance to Brooklyn Chinatown and accessible to great cafes, restaurants & grocery stores. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean. The only drawback is the shower which takes time to heat up."

"I booked for a 2 night stay. The bed was so hard i thought of leaving on the first night. The second night was hard as well. Other than that the stay was okay bare bones, but good shower."

"I was visiting Brooklyn for a week and decided to stay here through 2 seperate bookings. The staff was excellent and very friendly and parking was easy. Unfortunately I have to give this place 1 star because there were 2 roaches in the first room I booked so I had to stay with a friend most of the nights I was in the city. While I understand this is common in a big city like New York, I’ve stayed in Brooklyn many times and never had this problem."

"This location is advertised as a 4-star hotel and it definitely isn’t that as the amenities you’d associate with a better experience just aren’t met. Chose a room that had the balcony view which faced a brick wall which is most of the rooms but that’s just NY sometimes so understandable unfortunately. That aside, there weren’t rooms available when I and other guests arrived which led to us waiting in a seating area for an hour. Upon getting into room I noticed a TV mounted on a wall that was crooked by many degrees. I could go on but explore other options that are comparable in costs is my recommendation"
