"When we first arrived we tried to locate a whirlpool and was later told they didn't have one and needed to take the sign down. We asked twice for towels and toilet paper to be changed as well as the room had no conditioner or lotion. It's big pumps on both. I had to go down and get them. We didn't need to room cleaned and took our own trash but still had to go get the bare minimum after staff told us it would be handled. The hallways smelled like smoke even when it says no smoking."

"This hotel was perfect, the staff were pleasant and helpful. Loved having full kitchen in the suite!! The options for dinner were limitless. Rooms were clean, view of the Vegas strip was a plus. Would definitely stay here again! "

"The bedroom, bathroom and beddings are clean. Plenty of parking space. Varieties of food places are walkable from the property area. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. The staff are very courteous."

"The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. However, the surrounding area felt unsafe, especially at night. The parking situation was also concerning—it was poorly lit and didn’t feel secure. Because of this, we didn’t feel comfortable staying and ended up leaving a night early to stay somewhere else. Unfortunately, the location and safety concerns outweighed the positives of the hotel itself."

"The Casino itself is good. The bar has slow service even if not busy. The food was not bad but not far from expected from pub style food. Theres signs that say no marijuana use but you can smell the weed down the hall. On day we were leaving you could not smell it. Maybe a patron. One night you could smell it into our room. One of the nights arrived and there was people drinking and partying in the parking lot. "

"We liked that you had to be 21 years old to stay at this hotel. There wasn’t kids running around and things like that which was kind of a nice change. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful, it was just really nice. The only thing that we did not care for was the music in the hotel which was way too loud and I’m hard of hearing and it was not very good music and it was the same at the pool. "There is a lady working front desk with a tattoo on her neck. She is not a friendly person and not commentate you what so ever . I asked for Manager she said “manger will not be avalible until Monday .” I asked to change the room she said “ there is no room Avalible” I asked I don’t care if you put me on less of the room Just move me to other rooms away from Loud noises on pool she said “ there is no room avalible .” She needs to find another job she is not good for Customer service job .
