"The staff were very good and accommodating. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was alright. Parking was £36 per 24 hours with a 50% discount, so you paid £18 per 24 hours. This meant that if you overstayed by just 30 minutes, it'd cost you another day's rate."

A little tricky to find parking structure since it is a little driveway literally in the middle of the block, but once found very convenient. Apartment clean and comfy. Doors to rooms and bathroom a big heavy so a little cumbersome to hold open, a door stop may help. Also, some street noise at night so if you are a light sleepy you may need earbuds....

"Disappointed with the food, it was ok but a bit undercooked, some items missing, and service was a bit slow. The food used to be amazing here, the ingredients still seemed high quality but the preparation and taste wasn't as good as it used to be. The main disappointment was that the rules of the spa have changed and we were unaware we had to book the spa and could only attend at certain times which wouldn't have suited anyway. "The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to the Ovo Hydro Arena, about a 29-minute walk to the city center. It offers a pleasant sauna, and there are many restaurants and museums nearby. "Friendly staff, room was clean however the parking was very expensive"

"The room was grubby and tired. It needed a full deep clean throughout and the furniture needed to be relaced as it was very badly chipped and scratched and had not looked like it had been replaced in a very long time. It looked like there was no care taken with any of the repairs made in the room, all very badly done. I would not stay here again. The room was very over priced at £219 for one night with no breakfast."
