"The apartment was exceptionally clean and looked luxurious. We were only here one night, but it exceeded all of our needs. The management responded quickly to my question and even gave suggestions of local pubs in the area. The car park was a little difficult to find, but once I knew where it was, there we no issues."

"Loved the style of the hotel. Stunning decor and very comfortable beds. Staff were also delightful and well informed. The pool was a really decent size - though in contrast to the rest of the hotel the pool area is very grey and uninteresting. Also no jacuzzi. Food and drink very good and the dining room is beautiful. We had a spa suite which was very spacious and comfortable BUT be warned - it is a very long walk from these to the main hotel. "Not a great experience The hotel is very shabby. Bed uncomfortable and room old fashioned. There was a random table in mine taking up space the room didn’t have with no chairs for it. No hairdryer in the room, had to phone down and ask for it. The iron leaked all over a cream skirt, spitting mucky water on it and marking it. Some kind of event / disco last night so extremely noisy and I wasn’t advised about it on check in. I have no issue at all with people having fun - and it sounded like...

"Am Tag der Amkunft wurden wir von Lorraine freundlich empfangen und haben von ihr Tipps zu Besichtigungen und Restaurants / Pubs erhalten. Unser Zimmer war traumhaft: groß, liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett/die Matratze war sehr gut und bequem. Das Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht, war frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker."

"Stayed in the hotel section after a very long international flight so it was nice to be near the airport.
