"Very basic hotel. It wins purely because of location for an early morning flight otherwise would not recommend., Hotel is in need of updating. Can’t beat location thought. Leave hotel, across zebra crossing and you are at departure terminal. "

"Hotel is very run down and in urgent need of an upgrade. Very disappointed overall, particularly as have stayed at other Leonardo hotels and they were great (hence why we booked this one). All staff were very friendly and helpful and it’s a shame that they have to work in an environment that is so run down. Upon complaining about general state of facilities we did receive a 50% refund, so big thanks to the manager for his understanding. The Leonardo chain should be ashamed that one of its hotels is in such a bad state."

"The stay was good and the hotel was nice but there was 4 coach loads of younger people there and they were running up and down corridors at two and three in the morning and with marble tiled floors they were very loud."

"Spa garden rooms were beautiful and the staff were amazing. Dinning is not fast so leave enough time."
