"Such a beautiful place, great location and super nice staff! We also loved the location and the quiet of our room. The staff needs to learn to make a proper espresso, truly. They could up their game on the atmosphere with music in the downstairs and maybe some live greenery. We were there at Christmas and the decorations were dismal. It is just short of how spectacular it could be. It wouldn't take much."

"Extremely courteous staff. Easy and quick check in. On-site restaurant and coffee bar was delicious. I feel very safe there with the locking garage. My go-to hotel when I'm in the City, usually having a loved one in the hospital."
