"We were very pleased with our stay here. We were warmly greeted at check-in. The room was clean and attractively furnished. Everything worked as it should. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle available to take you to dinner and pick you back up. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet that is included in the room rate. "The service was excellent. Rooms were very comfortable with a very large bathroom . every evening they offered alcohol alcoholic, and non-alcoholic drinks and a variety of food options like salad, chips, and salsa, pasta, baked potato. The breakfast also had a variety of choices. The hotel is in walking distance of the historic Plaza and Canyon Road. The only downside is paying for parking daily $30."

"The pictures on the website did not at all show what the room was really like. We had a room in the casita with a patio. The patio was part of the tiny enclosed entry and was shared by all three units. The room was small and cramped with only a small side chair and a desk chair for seating. The bathroom was also extremely cramped. The parking was almost impossible for anyone with a large vehicle. "

"The heating had been switched to AC so there was no heat in the building. The temperature was in the 30s everynight. The front desk gave me a small space heater but it would not heat up the room at all. Too cold to take a shower and getting dressed was hard. You can see daylight thru the front door and patio door. "This is actually the first hotel review I’ve ever written even though i travel 3-5 times a year—and I felt it was warranted. I travel often and usually stay at 4-star hotels or better, so I tend to have pretty high standards. This property exceeded expectations. It was extremely clean, very well managed, and everything felt thoughtfully maintained. Don’t be alarmed that there’s no traditional front desk. "Excellent breakfast though smaller portion. Lobby area has lots of board games to play. Kids had fun. Room is dated but clean. It even has a small kitchen area where you can cook. "

"We stayed at Eldorado hotel for my husband’s birthday. The location is great right in the downtown. We walked to the shops and restaurants every day. The hotel and staff are amazing. The hotel is well equipped with amenities. Sauna, pool, hot tub and even steam room. We loved room service. Breakfast was yummy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We even used the fireplace during cold nights. We loved the place and definitely will stay there again. "

I got an allergic reaction from it and when I tried to conduct staff for anyone about it, they never responded and charged me for the entire stay, even though I never stayed in the hotel.
