"After a long day of traveling, we arrived to the hotel to find a skeleton crew of staff who were not all that friendly or accommodating. Once we hauled our luggage up several flights of stairs to our room we found the room to be a bit dingy and the television did not work. We were expecting to relax and watch some television before an early flight the next morning. We contacted guest services to report the issue. "This was a lovely hotel with a wonderful and friendly front desk person. The hotel is super close to the Trevi fountain and other famous landmarks in short walking differences. With that being said though, don’t expect a good nights sleep due to the traffic outside the window all day long— this is obviously something out of their control, but something to consider. The only “con” about this room was what seemed to be the lack of air control. There is a thermostat in the room but it’s locked on...

"Beautiful room, perfectly located with short walk to Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Colosseum, Piazza Novona, and numerous great restaurants. We took a taxi to the Vatican, but walked back (so walking is very comfortable). Francesca at the front desk was amazingly helpful with us booking trips and taxis. Breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend."

"Clean and functional room in a superb part of Rome. Close to the Forum, 25 min walk from Rome Termini and a 25 min connecting bus ride or metro plus walk to the Vatican. Metro to the Vat Museums, buses to St Peter’s. The area has plenty of services. The staff are very good. "

The staff, specifically Daniel, Lithia, Anastasiia, and Stefania were truly incredible and so helpful. They made our stay here so special and the rooms were truly just perfect. Super comfortable and the breakfast was included as well! Breakfast was delicious and the staff was also amazing!
