"Really liked the location. Everything was within walking distance. I was on my own and I felt safe. So many people around all the time and there was also a police presence. It wasn't the quietest place because of the people outside the building. I ended up getting Raffaelo , which was a larger room, and I loved it. Lots of windows, big bathroom...it was great"

The only two things I'd suggest improving: first, update the signage with directions on how to turn the AC on and off, as the button is very small and located at the top, which some guests may struggle to find. Second, consider upgrading the pillow selection. The two memory foam pillows are fine for some, but having at least one large, traditional comfort pillow would make a big difference for guests who prefer something softer and more voluminous.
