Muy limpio, la atencion excelente, el lugar muy bien hubicado. Observacion: el lugar es en el 3rd piso y no cuentan con elevador, las escaleras son estrechas pero el chico es muy amable y te ayuda a subir maletas.

This property is much closer to an Airbnb than a hotel. There are no welcome drinks, no room service, and no hotel-style amenities at all, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The only real positive is the location, which is excellent and very central. However, the experience overall was disappointing. The photos shown online are clearly of the Premium Room, but if you book the Economy Room, those photos are not representative at all. This feels misleading, as you arrive expecting something similar to what is advertised, but the reality is completely different. The economy room was basic, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the overall quality did not match the price. Additionally, they charge a €60 city tax, which feels excessive and not well explained. Be prepared for a lot of noise. The two economy rooms are right next to each other, so you can clearly hear everything your neighbor says. On top of that, cleaning activities take place around midnight or even 1:00 a.m., making it very difficult to rest. Another important point: there is no elevator. You must climb almost 100 steps to reach the room, with no assistance for luggage and no staff present to help. You are completely on your own. In summary, aside from the location, there is nothing that justifies the price or the expectations created by the listing. I would not recommend this place unless location is the only thing you care about and you are fully aware that this is not a hotel experience.

This place is in a great location, walking distance to everything we waned to see. The manager Marlon was great! He helped us with our luggage up three floors of spiral staircase. He got us situated and gave us his number if we needed anything. He was very helpful with attending to our need for an extra night and for securing a taxi for airport. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a nice hot tub for soaking after miles of walking. Room had a Neapresso maker, water and light snacks.

Location is right on Piazza Pasquino am is the absolute best in Rome being central to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Forum, Colosseum and a short walk to the Pantheon. Restaurants steps from the door with a vibrant night life… Marlon was an our attendant and was informed, friendly and absolutely supportive of every request, need, and assistance. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend for friends looking for all the above on a budget experience…

Fantastic location for walking about the streets for shopping or food - there’s plenty around. The room was spacious and comfortable as well. Marlon was very friendly and helpful, and very kindly assisted us in getting our suitcases up the narrow spiral staircase. One thing to note is the walls are VERY thin. We could fully hear the conversation the guests in the next room were having. Our room looked out over the square below so the music was quite loud in the evening as well, but we didn’t mind.

Great stay on our amazing trip to Rome.

Room was clean and freshly remodeled. Marlon was an amazing host meeting us to store our bags due to early arrival. He was very friendly and helpful on arranging transportation to the airport for us the following morning. The location was great, with plenty of nearby shops and attractions.

Location is fantastic. Close to popular sight-seeing, restaurants, and shops. We were greeted by Marlon, who was very kind and communicated with us very well. I contacted the hotel a week before our trip to verify our stay. They were quick to respond with clear check-in directions. The jacuzzi tub in the room was a nice touch and worked well. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. A/C worked well. The staircase to the accommodation is very steep and small (like a lot of places in the city), made of marble and very pretty. Just be prepared to go up and down about 3 floors. Marlon helped with our luggage which was very nice.

The property is located in a great central location. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted and in most cases it was less than a mile. We walked to the Collesium relatively smoothly. The Trevi Fountain and Parthenon were a half mile away or so. Tons of shopping and restaurants as soon as you step out of the building. Marlon was wonderful. He stayed in contact with me the whole time. Our train from Florence was delayed due to strikes, and he was very accommodating. The one con that is on us— we did not know this property did not have an elevator/lift before booking. Walking up 3 flights of narrow stairs multiple times a day was not enjoyable. Also, the property is not a hotel. If you don’t mind those two cons, you will really enjoy the property.

LOCATION!!! StarHome Novana is located, as the name suggests, STEPS from Piazza Novana. But better than that, it’s SO CENTRAL. It’s a €15 can ride to and from Roma Termini and only takes 20 minutes (and only because of traffic…because Rome). Even more betterer than that, YOU CAN WALK EVERYWHERE FROM HERE with a maximum time of 30 minutes. Colosseum/Roman Forum: 25 minutes Trevi fountain: 11 minutes Pantheon: 6 minutes Vatican: 30 minutes Should I keep going? Ok, I will. Jewish Ghetto: 15 minutes Spanish Steps: 15 minutes Piazza Novana: NONE minutes And that’s walking. Cabs in Rome are not expensive, so take a stinkin’ cab if you have to. Okay, next item in the “location” category is how freaking cool getting up to the room is. You will basically feel like you’re better than everyone else, because there is an unassuming green door basically inside the outdoor seating area of a restaurant, and that is your door. You get to smirk at the lowly peasants in the street as you open your special door and enter a long hallway lit with contemporary sconces which lead you to a marble spiral staircase. You’re basically Robert Langdon from “The Da’Vinci Code” at this point. While I do admit that the stairs are exhausting, it is worth the climb to the 3rd floor and the entrance to the hotel. Awesome Hidden Gem

This place is in the middle of everything! You literally walk out the door and have shops and restaurants. We stayed on our honeymoon and had many romantic dinners steps from the guesthouse. Public transportation is close, but none of the main attractions are more than a 30 minute walk. The Pantheon is a 10 minute walk away. The manager is as friendly as can be and accommodated us to no end. The day we left he let us store our luggage and worked with us to make our stay amazing.
