This property is much closer to an Airbnb than a hotel. There are no welcome drinks, no room service, and no hotel-style amenities at all, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly.
The only real positive is the location, which is excellent and very central.
However, the experience overall was disappointing. The photos shown online are clearly of the Premium Room, but if you book the Economy Room, those photos are not representative at all. This feels misleading, as you arrive expecting something similar to what is advertised, but the reality is completely different. The economy room was basic, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the overall quality did not match the price.
Additionally, they charge a €60 city tax, which feels excessive and not well explained.
Be prepared for a lot of noise. The two economy rooms are right next to each other, so you can clearly hear everything your neighbor says. On top of that, cleaning activities take place around midnight or even 1:00 a.m., making it very difficult to rest.
Another important point: there is no elevator. You must climb almost 100 steps to reach the room, with no assistance for luggage and no staff present to help. You are completely on your own.
In summary, aside from the location, there is nothing that justifies the price or the expectations created by the listing. I would not recommend this place unless location is the only thing you care about and you are fully aware that this is not a hotel experience.
