"The inside of the property is everything you see, very updated. How're it is in a run down part of town which leaves a bad feeling in the beginning but when you're on the very updated, clean comfortable room you'll soon forget the outside."

"We arrived at 930 pm down a very narrow city road and saw an imposing old door as our arrival point. We sent a text to the hotel to say we were outside and Francisco joined momentarily. Once we got into the building - a renovated palace and shown to our room any fears we may have had were quickly dismissed. "This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. "Better than expected! I'm a lite sleeper and i had no trouble sleeping here, even while facing the plaza; the AC camouflage the sounds at night. There is a supermarket nearby for any additional snacks. The covered breakfast was super helpful. They are very responsive also via Whatassap and the expedia tool I traveled solo and felt safe."
