"My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional."

"The rooms are excellent and the staff is also amazing, but please keep in mind that there is not amenities here. Also location is walking distance from the historic downtown area but it’s rough at night time, you cannot go out and feel safe as there is homeless and what it appears to be little gangs (again can’t blame the hotel for this more the city which is a shame)."

"Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel - in einer ruhigen Straße abseits vom Trubel und innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man mitten im Geschehen. Individuell eingerichtete Zimmer, toller Innenhof, leckeres Frühstück - und vor allem herzliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. "The Hotel was very nice, tucked away just off, of one of the main corsi. An ideal location for all the sightseeing. The staff were very helpful. They arranged pickup from the airport, and as we arrived late Peppo, checked us in and showed us our room. I was okay with the breakfast, but If you want a large brekki maybe go elsewhere for breakfast. I would definitely go back if I get the chance. Fab little Hotel"
