The first thing that I would call out is the location - it is two blocks from the Duomo in a quiet and lovely building - at night it is extremely quiet despite the location being in such a heavily trafficked area. But once you walk outside, you're right in the heart of the Duomo area, with shopping and restaurants right there. The apartment was clean and well maintained. "Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

"An excellent centrally located hotel with modern amenities and the Italian charm of its polished staff. Standard rooms can be smallish so try to go for a suite or at least rooms overlooking the piazza below and facing the Duomo. Galleria, Duomo and metro are a short & safe 5-15min walk. The little Carrefour grocery store next door has everything you forgot. Coffee service, TV, amenities all top notch. "Excellent room (8) in a brilliant location, right next to the Duomo and other attractions in central Milan. Our host, Paulo, gets a special mention for always giving us his attention and assistance during our stay and also before we arrived by WhatsApp which was very reassuring. The room was comfortable, very clean, and bright. Highly recommended."

"Hotel was lovely, very close to all central attractions. Reception staff especially Jasmine was first class. The only downfall was the hot water which was non existant. After working on it for 2 days the hotel asked us to move rooms, which even though an upgrade I detest doing whilst I am away. Compared with other indigo properties Bangkok and London this one is sub par. Overall the experience was 8/10"

"Lobby’s small yet homey feel, like our own living room. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Spacious room, perfect location for shopping and dining. The only downside is the small cubicle shower place(kinda small space and floor are slippery/smooth surface)."
