"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"The hotel is beautiful! It is decorated in an updated yet traditional venetian style, which is perfect and adds to the atmosphere. The hotel is set in a historical palace, but has all the comforts of a modern five-star hotel. The staff are friendly and very attentive, they helped us several times with recommendations and ordering a taxi. "We booked last-minute and were lucky to get a lovely room. The staff were kind and helpful, even providing ice when one of our party hit their head on a poorly located room-safe door. The bed was comfortable but the sofa, which is also a pull-out, was not as it did not close fully. The breakfast buffet was excellent and varied, with both American-style and European-style dishes."
