"Ocean view actually meant a “sliver” of ocean. The actual view was south facing, directly at the Amrit Condos next door. To see the ocean you had to go outside on the balcony and look left, in between the 2 condos on the beach side. Had the description been clearer, we would have booked a different room. It was unfortunate that they don’t tell you the building you are choosing. Again, booking an ocean view and being placed in the second building (street side) does not allow for an ocean view....

"The best thing about the room was it was clean. The kitchen did have a few pots and pans. I had to use the big pan to flush the toilet.There was 1 glass in the kitchen, but no coffee pot of any kind. The bed qas horrible and the pillows were like airline throw away pillows. I messaged about the toilet. The person in charge said they would have some one look at it I asked when and got no reply. So of course we were out when they came and it didn't get fixed. Tried to help with tv issue but was oit of his hands. Offered another room but was to late in the evening and kids were tired and disnt want to move."
