Only complaints were service on rooftop very slow and front desk help rest of time was less than desirable. The two women working Saturday couldn’t be bothered. I was charged twice for stay and had to call to take care of after we left."

"I stayed a couple of nights for the weekend. I did not expect The Jaxon to be as good as it was. After a little while of sorting things out, everything else was great. The room was small, but not uncomfortable. There were more toiletries than expected, no closet but a pedestal hanger and a full fridge and kitchenette. AC was very good. Everything was clean and the linens were fresh. The parking area does not have much space and at least 3 spaces were reserved (I guess for the cleaning crew), so...
