"Everything was clean- slight funky smell coming from the bathroom- maybe a leak"

"We were there for tour de Palm Springs, we requested a late checkout from the hotel phone to the front desk at about 6am, and when i was ready to checkout they charged me an extra night. We left the hotel at noonish. All staff refused to say who answers the phone when we called in FROM THE HOTEL ROOM phone. They said there was no record of us calling. Their staff was so rude, aggressive and said we had lied because we didn’t know who we spoke with. The place is not a 3 star hotel. I def would NOT recommend. "

"There could be some improvements in the room The carpet needs to be heavy duty cleaned When first entered into the room, can smell some bathroom piping smell Went further into the bathroom, mildew smell coming out of the sink After the first night clean up, most smell is gone but could still smell it sporadically. Customer service is excellent."

"Great responsive staff. Clean room…..furniture updated but the bathrooms and kitchen need to be updated. We had a lovely pool and Mountain View room."

"A big room with lots of space but didn't automatically get cleaned and limited number of towels with no chairs for the balcony. The walls were also a bit thin so could here those in hall and next room at times. The staff were super nice and friendly - greeted you with a smile. The decorations and location are great though. "
