"We were there Tuesday to Thursday. Our second day there our beds were not made, our garbage was not emptied and were not given clean towels. Very disappointed!!! The gentleman at the front desk, second shift, was amazing!!!"

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent, helpful, courteous and friendly. Breakfast was good and 24 hour coffee and tea was great. The only issue was a recent power spike had caused some problems with the card operated doors and the credit card scanners. After fixing a second storm came through and caused the problems to return. But the staff was right on it."

"Pros: We got a one bedroom suite and it was great to have the space of the living room and the bedroom with two queen beds. Beds were comfy, shower pressure was decent, pool was fun, and breakfast was the best part! Cons: When we got into our room, the kitchen island and counters clearly hadn't been cleaned - there were crumbs everywhere. We asked the front desk if housekeeping could come wipe them down, as we had no cleaning supplies in the room. An hour later we gave up waiting and used paper...
