"WOW! Most incredible hotel we have ever stayed at, and easily the best in Tokyo. We booked a Gold Suite, and we got gold treatment. It was a level of luxury incomparable to anywhere else we have stayed (and we have stayed at the Atlantis the Royal). Just so incredible, from an amazing executive lounge with so many staff to attend to your needs, a huge room that could fit my whole family, and everything was clean and perfect. "Staff, cleanliness and food are all excellent but seeing as I booked my stay based on this hotel having an onsen bath, imagine my disappointment when I found out that people with tattoos are not allowed to use it. Considering the fact that so many local sento permit tattooed people bathing, I sincerely hope Dormy Inn will change this outdated policy as soon as possible."
