Hotel dekat Pangkalan Angkatan Udara Kirtland

"Property was kept clean and parking lot well lighted. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room is only bed/refrigerator/mini microwave. There are no extras such as coffee pot, shampoo, body wash, facial tissue, iron, etc. Bare minimum in bath/hand towels, and one wash cloth! I'm sure I could have requested additional towels. I believe there was a soda vending machine in office, no other extras! Propety is in a very poor area, Homeless people are constantly nearby. Many "street...

"The room was just ok. A little run down and dated and smelled like cleaning products. The staff were nice. The breakfast was meh and if you’re vegan I suggest skipping the breakfast altogether."

"The reviews did not represent what I experienced. Loud hvac machines made the stay difficult. Also being near all the highways was not ideal either."

"The only big complaint was we stayed for 4 nights and never had maid service. We only needed towels replaced and never got them. I never complained because we left so early and got back so late we worked it out. I could have gone down to get more towels at the desk but was hopeful they would show up the next day and they never did."

"Breakfast was good. But room I got was near staircase exit and I woke up to it early banging closed"

"The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. Parking was great and lighted. The walls and floors are thin so you can hear everything from the people walking above you to the elevator doors squeaking open and closed. Breakfast was ok. Was looking forward to pancakes but the machine was broken. The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom of the steps in the shallow end so we skipped that. Wouldn’t stay here again but it’s an affordable option for families."

"Good location"

"Only had 1 working elevator- got hectic waiting!"

"Comfortable and remarkably quiet, especially given the location right on Route 66. Helpful staff and nice facilities. The only issue was parking - there are not enough spaces available for every guest to park a car, which is most unusual at a motel. We had to park in the nearby neighborhood one night, and there isn't a lot of space there either. Otherwise, great experience, we would return!"

"Zazz is jazzy and fun! Easy checkin and a funky east central vibe. The well-appointed motel room was the perfect balance of exotic and local, low rider and jalopy, speakeasy and bright neon. What a night!"

"Everything was great except the beds!"
