"Dirty bed sheets, floor needs a good mop. Towels and bed sheets had other human hair. Toilet gets plugged easily. Zero privacy your trailer is 6-8 feet from your neighbors. Zero privacy if you have an outside tub/ recommend wood fence for more privacy. Bed needs to be lower. A/c unit needs to be on the side and not on top of the bed.
Worst of all our unit door lock stopped working from outside. We couldn’t lock the door when we left the unit for outside activity or leaving the site. We left...

"Room 225 had 2 lamps which did not work, in addition the tub/shower hot-cold valve does not provide cold water, it was always hot, needs to be repaired.
The mineral pools are plenty and available 2 hours. The onsite restaurant was very good.
Would I stay there again? Yes but on the ground floor."

"Quiet and serene. Nice place to unwind. The lodge definitely needs some remodel, very outdated. Electric stove only had 2 burners working. The cabin was advertised for 5 people but had only 4 sleeping spots. Additional mattress was provided upon request that had to be placed on the floor. The bathtub was clogged and water drained very slowly. Luckily, we only stayed 2 nights and we were willing to overlook all these minor inconveniences. But could be potentially very inconvenient if staying for...

"The resort was an amazing weekend retreat. The amenities were amazing with the 3 hot spring pools ranging 80-130° that were open 24/7
My partner and I stayed for the weekend and used everything we had access too. The serenity is enhanced by the foliage and flowers surrounding the outdoor pools. Will definitely comeback for a refresh soon."
