Everything was pretty clean and the pool was wonderful. Only feedback would be to ensure the pool lounges have been cleaned of mess in the afternoon and the check in staff should let people checking in of the promotions available for guests to take care of eg 50%...

"Room was clean enough except for the spa bath which was filthy, and mould in the shower. I booked a 'king bed with sofa bed' - no linen for the sofa bed. When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery -...

"This is a great hotel, close to everything, clean and quiet. I had a room overlooking the side street and it was really quiet. The room was a good size with a lovely bathroom (I loved the Hunter bathroom supplies).The staff on departure were friendly and helpful. Checkin was efficient and hassle free. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends."
