"This property was excellent. The staff was always incredibly friendly and always helped us at any hour with whatever inquiry we had. We had scheduled transfers, shuttles, and excursions all with their help. We hadn’t used the hotel amenities such as the gym and pool, as we were out most of the day and a day pass was 10€, but they seemed clean and orderly. The location was quite a seller for my fiancée and I. The Ulisse Deluxe Hostel was less than a 5 minute walk to the picturesque Sorrento...

"We came late for checm in, reception staff are really nice, there is air coditioning in our room. Our beds are new, comfy, we had really nice sleep after long day walking. Private bathroom, especially good for girls make up in the morning. Close to metro, and bus stop to go around Naples"

"Hostel is very clean,just near train station,area may look a bit shady,but hostel is absolutely fantastic.with high security keys for the doors,amazing staff,and comfortable beds/silent sleeping areas.absolutely reccommended"
