"We had the most incredible stay here!! The property is immaculate, and the details are so thoughtful. From the guest waiting area/bathroom, to the helpfulness of the team. Ana helped us with a last minute dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant, it was so much fun and we were treated so well! Book the sea view room and get breakfast delivered, it is the best experience. Great location, and easy to find. An amazing stay - we previously stayed at luxury properties (four seasons / ritz Carlton)...

"I loved the view from the balcony. The room was clean and adequately sized. The air conditioner didn’t work. They brought a fan which helped us sleep better the second night. The staff was kind and helpful. I would probably try to find somewhere with a working air conditioner. We were hot."

This hotel offered to book a taxi for us from our other hotel in Positano, and we accepted not knowing that we would be dropped off at a different hotel that is a 5 minute walk away through lots of stairs. So after drop-off, we had to then choose either to pay an additional 30 euro fee to hire a porter service or carry our heavy suitcases ourselves (which was not communicated ahead of the reservation).
