In addition, the staff on reception made me feel very welcome when I arrived. I was allocated one of the refurbished superior rooms and what a difference. "THERE ARE ZERO BALCONY BEDROOMS. Let that be the first thing you know, none of the rooms have balconies and for the tallest hotel in Lanzarote, is very bizarre since it offers sea views. The standard double room is standard in every sense. There are no USB charging cables and only one or two plug sockets. We paid to upgrade to a suite and that was worth it.
