"When I arrived, I put my bags in the room and left for a walk. The villa is up a steep hill from the main town. I had a pleasant walk to some nearby viewpoints.
On my return the room smelt of damp and mould, on closer inspection there was mould in multiple places and when I switched on the aircon it was worse. I contacted them to ask for an alternative room as it was heading toward 6pm. They offered me one but there was also a slight damp smell in that room so I decided to book another hotel...

"This locally owned Villa and Cottage accommodations are great value. I stsyed in an ocean front room, great views and clean. This is a no-frills place to stay, no TVs but it has Wifi.
There is an on-site warung/restaurant and the food is delicious and well priced.
There are loads of warungs within walking distance and lots of drivers to take you into Candi if the 2km walk is not your thing.
The best part of the stay was the wonderful staff. "

"The Sidemen Villa is so beautiful and the staff is extremely sweet and helpful. Our room was very clean, the pool is perfect for a swim and there is a spa and restaurant in the hotel, which is amazing. We got free foot massage vouchers, a food voucher and a voucher for free floating breakfast at check in, as well as the option for an experience of our choice with two guides. The villas are located in the jungle so we shared our room with a few geckos, which is normal for a lot of places in Bali....

"Un séjour inoubliable dans un cadre paradisiaque ! L'accueil a été des plus chaleureux, avec un personnel d'une gentillesse rare, souriant et toujours aux petits soins.
Notre chambre était un véritable bijou : d'une propreté impeccable, décorée avec un goût exquis, avec pour clou du spectacle une incroyable piscine privée !
