"This is a tricky review to write as some things about Sweetfield Manor were very good but others were not. Firstly, the place advertises itself as a 5 star boutique hotel, boutique is correct, 5 star definitely not. The room itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with an excellent shower room. "Property was nice, if you’re looking to have direct beach access, I wouldn’t recommend staying here as the water isn’t calm nor swimmable. I’d recommend staying near west coast of island or near Carlisle bay. I don’t feel like the hotel was kid friendly and because of that, I will not be returning as I travel with my children. Guests had complaints of kids playing at the pool, where management had to be involved and they favored the guest who had the issue with the kids. "

There was confusion over where to eat on the property. we went to eat at the beach restaurant and it was closing so they sent us to the restaurant in the building where we could only get a buffet. there was only 1 elevator and it was not working part of the day and we were on the 4th floor. Very confusing layout of rooms as there are different levels and staircasses to access the rooms. Nice beach area. "

"A great one-night stay after disembarking from a cruise. The hotel and room were spotless. The room was huge! There was a full kitchen which sadly we did not have the opportunity to use. Many rooms have balconies and outdoor seating areas. The wifi was excellent, and the TV was smart with loads of viewing options. There is a nice small pool in the central court, and the beach is a 2 minute walk. There is a decent mall with a pharmacy/grocery store that sells just about everything you need. Lots...

"We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. "We had a fabulous time at The Coral Reef Club , from The amazing Food , Beautiful accommodation to a wonderful staff , the accommodate your every Wim , so attentive and pleasant. Every spot at the beach is great . Water sports included . I would ask for a meal plan we were unaware of it and it does save money , especially since there’s just one restaurant for whole Place . "I dont think a gym was installed in this hotel. Overall Yellowbird hotel was perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was great with a lovely sea view. Cleanliness was excellent. Friendly cleaning staff Sonia was first class. The restaurant good. I recommend ths hotel. Will be back."
