"Room was clean, staff were excellent and very helpful. Air conditioning in the room was adequate. The restaurant on site was mediocre, and we only ate there a couple of times. We ate offsite most of the time and had some really excellent meals. We were disappointed in the fact that there was no small refrigerator in the room. Would have been nice to have some cold drinks in the room along with some snacks."

"When you see Wyndam as an American I expected more. It’s a decent property but the halls are all scuffed, marks on the wall, holes in furniture, broken furniture, even the chair in the lobby the receptionist was sitting on had a hole. The property is decent just in typical Mexico fashion they have no idea how to maintain a property to a high standard. For Mexico it’s just an OK place. I was on a motorcycle trip w a buddy, I would never bring my wife here, and she would never stay in a place like this."

"This hotel has had a nice upgrade to the rooms and pool area. Clean and a fresh look. The bar and restaurant tho remain low score. The service there is terrible, the quality of food and drinks is also terrible. And the included breakfast is just not worthwhile. However the front desk folks are helpful. Seems like the hotel is just not very cohesive in working as a team. I like the hotel and I would stay again. I just eat elsewhere. Nice pool area but the drinks are awful. The place has the makings of being so much better. "

"Location was good and safe. Not many shops around you need to get Uber or taxi to go to the shops or boardwalk. But it’s only a couple minutes away not to far. However the hotel had the most beautiful ocean/sunset views. It had its own private beach and the swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Service was great, all staff very friendly. Rooms were spacious and very clean!! We stayed in a Ocean view room with a kitchenette. Totally recommend!!!!"

"Room was clean. Cleaning staff excellent. Maintenance staff very efficient. The kitchen had all things necessary to cook if you chose to… we only used the fridge and microwave, Full size fridge was nice. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We chose the all inclusive option but would do European or breakfast plan on next visit, "
