"The apartment was spacious, clean and cool with plenty of facilities to cook for yourself. The tv was great and included Netflix and prime options. The pool was perfect with plenty of sunbeds and parasols dotted about - perfect after a busy day exploring the town. The old town was about 10 mins away in an Uber, and we never had to wait long to book one. The highlight of this apartment however, is the host Jelena. "Hidden down a winding alleyway, but still close to the bus station and the port amenities. The land lady was friendly and offered advice on how to access various places nearby. Couldn't figure out how to check in at first, the room wifi had spotty coverage in places and I hit my head on the hallway ceiling multiple times. "Fantastic location with easy access for swimming. A little confusing to get around the various buildings and levels, but is well marked. Excellent breakfast choices, dinner on the seaside patio was very good. Not close to Old Town, but there is a city bus or taxi to get there (10-15 min)"

"A wonderful hotel for a stay by the port of Dubrovnik. (We had done a 2 night stay in old town earlier and that was nice to be able to walk the walls, see the sights, etc but jam packed with cruise boat day trippers and I found it all too much!) As we were catching a catamaran to Korkula the next day we chose The Berkeley Hotel for an overnight and so glad we did. Lovely clean modern stylish place. Friendly and competent staff. "A clean, modern property with an amazing, helpful staff. The on site restaurant is great for breakfast but does not serve any other food. The staff there is the best. There are not a lot of good restaurants in the immediate area, and definitely don’t go to the restaurant at the Porto Hotel next door, it’s awful. Location is good, about a €25 ride to Old Town."

"The reception staff could use some training in public relations! The guys sat behind the counter looking at their cell phone and never looked up to recognize guests as they passed by. My very spacious suite with the two bathrooms and a nice terrace was wonderful."

"We loved our stay at the Royal Princess Hotel. The staff was welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the hotel has amazing views from both the rooms and restaurants. There are great swimming areas with direct access to the Adriatic Sea, which we really enjoyed. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we’re already planning to stay there again the next time we’re in Dubrovnik."
