"Rooms are decent & nice! Food is average, nothing amazing but nothing bad either. Staff are great. However in our room we had no power nearly our entire stay - we did have AC & fan power which was good….but we were unable to charge our devices in our room & also no power in the bathroom which are all outdoors so we had to have showers and toilet trips in the dark.. we talked to the staff multiple times about the issue and it was fixed once and stayed on for about 3 hours and then never again. we...

"Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet."

"A perfect stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was exceptional, the dining/food options were great for a weeklong stay. We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! She took the time to greet us and asked the dive instructors to take care of my mom who has knee issues. The instructors on our scuba dive Masi and Su did an incredible job taking us to the best dive spots. The butler service with evening drinks was a lively addition, the staff was so kind. We loved the bula man who lights the torches every night! So special....
