"Nice location. Walkable to restaurants and waterfront. Clean and spacious room. Big screen TV with lots of channels. The bed is very comfortable but the pillows are a bit too soft to my liking. No AC but it’s not needed as it’s quite chilly during our stays in late June. There is a gas powered fireplace in our room. We didn’t use it but it could be very useful during cooler months. "Conveniently located within walking distance of the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The valet, bellhop, and maid service people were especially courteous and attentive. Check-in was average; checkout person was rude. We had trouble sleeping because the bed was too soft. I think the mattress has seen better days. The room refrigerator was completely packed with in-room drinks. There was no room for us to put in our own water, snacks, or leftovers."

"INCREDIBLE stay!! Loved the complimentary breakfast, room service is speedy, well worth every penny for a fabulous room design + cleanliness - fireplace, bedding/pillows, and bathroom were all perfection. One of the best stays on my pacific coastal solo roadtrip!! Seriously! :)"

"The property was small but convenient to stay for few days. The staff are friendly and answered my questions. The room was clean and they have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion too. Which is really nice! They even have keurig for coffee! They also clean our room without us asking for it. The only thing was we can hear people from outside and upstairs. Overall it was really good place to stay in. Will stay here when I visit Carmel again. Everything was so close here!"

"The residence Inn in Seaside California was an amazing stay for us. Large rooms, extremely clean, super friendly staff and very helpful in every way. The location of the property is excellent super close to shopping and steps to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay there."
